We invite you to contact your distributor for warranty claims. Distributors are specifically trained to fix most problems. Please mention the model number, the serial number or the batch number and the date of purchase.
If you are unable to contact your distributor, then communicate directly with Dectro International’s after-sale service at the address and phone number below. A technician will try to solve the problem and, if necessary, will provide you with all the information needed to ship the product to a service centre. Make sure you have the model number, the serial number or the batch number, the date of purchase and the name of your distributor on hand before calling Dectro International.
Please note that you need to obtain an authorization number (RMA) before sending your product to our service centre, otherwise additional fees could be charged. This procedure is designed to speed up the processing of claims, and in no way limits accessibility to our after-sale service.
