Customer Service Representative – Académie Dectro Québec
Académie Dectro is looking for a Customer Service Representative at its Quebec City school. If you love aesthetic care, education, advising and interacting with customers, this job is for you! Responsabilities:
- Advising and selling our training programs and treatments to customers
- Meeting with students (interviews, visits)
- Handling course registrations and preparing student files
- Scheduling appointments for treatments (models)
- Responding to phone calls and emails
- Preparing orders
- Various administrative tasks
- Assisting the existing team
Requirements:
- Training in office administration or sales, or equivalent experience
- Training in aesthetics, cosmetology, or electrolysis would be an asset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
- Familiarity with Acomba software would be an asset
- Ability to build relationships with customers, work in a team
- Proficiency in both English and French, both spoken and written
Conditions:
- Full-time, long-term employment Work schedule: Monday to Friday 37h30 hours/week
